Work Readiness Services prepare participants to excel in their abilities to successfully obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment. Work Readiness Services benefits customers who have never worked, have not worked for a long time, or have a sporadic work history, and it prepares customers for successful employment so they can manage or address vocational impairments and be self-sufficient.

Basic Employment Services

Supported Employment
Provides services for individuals with the most significant disabilities secure or sustain competitive integrated employment. This involves:
- Offering personalized assistance to find a suitable job match.
- Providing continuous support services.
- Establishing extended services, also known as long-term supports.
Work Experience Training
Work Experience services allow an individual to be placed at a business or agency within the community to learn skills for long-term, competitive, integrated employment.
Assessments
Employment assessments are tools that evaluate a individual’s work and training background, general functional capacities, and social behavior. Employment assessments are designed to determine a customer's present and future vocational potential and to evaluate the customer's employment-related strengths and limitations.
